On November 17, 2023, Democrat New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed into law the Plain Language bill —a bill that allows a summary of a proposed amendment be put on the ballot instead of the full amendment. Also, the summary must be written at an eighth grade reading level or lower.

This election will be the first to implement the summary rule. New York voters will be asked to vote “Yes” or “No” on Proposal Number One — but only the summary of Part A will be printed on the ballot. If the voter has been paying only casual attention, they may think that they are protecting abortion rights. The actual legal language of Prop. 1 does not even include words specifically about abortion. Its protections go far beyond codifying abortion protections in the state constitution. It will upend state law and constitutional protections for equal rights currently in place and destroy the traditionally neutral standards of American law that safeguard other freedoms. Many voters will be voting blind.

The Prop. 1 journey began in July 2022 when Hochul called a special session of the state legislature to protect abortion rights. The urgency was necessitated by the Supreme Court Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision in June that overturned Roe v. Wade. To further emphasize how grave the New York Democrats viewed the Dobbs decision, both Democrat-controlled chambers voted on the same day to approve the proposed amendment.

May it suffer the humiliating defeat it deserves.

On October 16, 2000 (had to look up the date) Mel Carnahan, the governor of Missouri went down in a plane crash. No one survived. According to a friend, Mel Carnahan had worked on the so-called "partial-birth abortion" for the state of Missouri. I don't know the exact date of that. As I recall, he said that he enacted it under his administration.

FOR THE THREAD: In a "partial-birth abortion" - the "doctor" pulls the fetus out, except for the baby's head. He leaves the baby's head in the birth canal and then scrambles the baby's brain using surgical scissors he inserted at the base of the baby's skull. THAT is "partial-birth abortion" - now you know, if you didn't before.

These politicians think that they will never meet Almighty God. It could be as simple as the plane crash that killed Mel Carnahan. They do these evils, knowing full-well that human lives are being sacrificed by "doctors."

Kathy Hochul is 66 years old. That’s the same age that Mel Carnahan was too. Then you have people like Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden (both are in their 80s).

Repent of these evils, Joe, Nancy and Kathy. BEFORE Eternity.

NYS cost shares Medicaid with counties.

Albany is bankrupting counties.

Think about this, folks...

If NYS is so blue, why does Deep State have to lie to us about what’s on the ballot? Why does it have to steal our elections?

The summary must be written at an eighth grade reading level or lower....

So they’re targeting those with post graduate degrees in today’s world.

People have said New York in “in play.” This fear has brought out those on both sides. We can only pray. It’s too big for a T-shirt and a hat.

I think Trump won NYS last time.

NYC now has RCV for a reason.

And note these recent changes to NYS election law...

If NYS would vote for this expletive-deleted, why does Deep State have to steal our elections?

The very same is on the ballot in little old South Dakota as amendment H. To enshrine abortion up to and including birth if I understand it correctly, in the State Constitution.

Won’t that look good on your resume before the Judgment bar of the true and living God.

...and all in the name of women’s health as the Amendment is explained by those progressive individuals who managed to gather sufficient signatures to get it on the ballot.

There is an ongoing court issue related to the gathering of signatures as to the deceptive practices needed to convince rational people that abortion is only about women’s health.

Take a look at supposedly true blue Erie County in Upstate NY.

Erie County is threatening to send any illegals in publicly funded hotel rooms still there after the end of the year back to NYC.

But note that Erie County’s pols are waiting til AFTER the election to remove them.

Blue, my backside.

Since when has the Demoncrat Party followed the law? If this goes down to defeat, which it must, the Fascists in the Demoncrat Party in GnuYak will “implement” the provisions anyway, and no one will stand in their way.

Upstate, except for Albany, Erie, Monroe & Onondaga Counties is deep dark RED. That’s why they have Dominion ballot scammers in most of the areas outside of them. Broome ditched Dominion for Clear Vote but the scanners are still WiFi enabled.

I don’t think we have any blue bits.

Not anymore.

If our major metros were still true blue, the tail would continue to wag the dog and Deep State wouldn’t have to steal THEIR elections, too.

NYC now has RCV for a reason.

OOOOPS, We have seven of the evil pieces of garbage on the ballot, and I got the letter wrong. It’s amendment G for the abortion amendment.

Perhaps, but it won’t be as hard to change back by sane people.

They want our children, and they want the sexes to be essentially eliminated, so we can be like those sexless victims in the science fiction books.

And of course they want the family obliterated. Thus the state must overrule parental rights.
